2026 Highlights
- The first BBAC event was held on May 7, 2026 at W Ross MacDonald School for the Blind in Brantford, Ontario. We had 15 blind and low vision students attend the event. Students had the chance to practice dribbling, passing, and shooting.
- June 2026 | 3-on-3 game in Toronto at Variety Village
- June 2026 | Ontario Blind Sports Association (OBSA) event at Jarvis Public School – Introduced basketball to blind and low-vision youth through guided activities.
- July 2026 | OBSA Summer Sports Camp – shared blind basketball with youth athletes at the Ontario Blind Sports Association camp.
- August 2026 | Showcased blind basketball and the Canadian Blind Hockey Development Camp at CNIB Lake Joe.
