The Blind Basketball Association of Canada is a national nonprofit organization founded by Elijah Bomers, a blind athlete with a lifelong passion for basketball. The organization is dedicated to advancing blind basketball nationwide by building awareness, establishing a strong foundation for the sport, and advocating for greater inclusion and recognition.
While programs are still in development, the long‑term vision is to create safe, competitive, and accessible opportunities for blind and partially sighted athletes across Canada.
